Tonight the Ford center is welcoming Elton John and in July James Taylor is coming…
What is your major malfunction? Is everyone over there at the Ford Center that does the booking over 55 years old? Do you all only listen to WIKY and WSON? Please help us not so old but older than 30 crowd (I am within a stones throw of 47) out there that likes to still bang our head… Surely you can lure someone over to your smaller than Robert stadium center you have that can let us do that? As I look back over the roster so far, its only been country acts and easily listening acts. Of course Bob Seger was a rebel back in 1973. He has good music but come on… Let’s rock the place out. You scared ceiling tiles are going to fall if you get AC/DC to come through there?
We’re all not ready for the rest home music yet… So turn it up to 11 For God’s sake and book a band that uses Marshalls and distortion pedals for once.
