Four-year-old Railynn Windhaus, daughter of Crystal and Chris Windhaus, is enrolled in the Head Start program at Henderson Community College.

Every day when her dad picks her up from school, he asks her if she had a good day and what she learned during the day.

On one particular day recently he also asked her what she had for lunch.

The little girl thought and thought about this question, obviously searching for the right words until finally she came up with the answer.

“Oh, I know!” she said. “We had five dollar footlongs.”
