Grand Opening August Fifth! “2nd Street Pizza” in Corydon Kentucky
This is not your typical pizzeria. Owners Fred and Elena Bassett have poured their heart and soul into making your dining experience one that you will continue to enjoy time and time again.When you walk in, it’s like walking into an upscale Rustic Tuscan restaurant with a splash of Elena’s Cuban heritage too. All with family friendly pricing in mind. Not only do they serve pizza, they also serve Stromboli, hamburgers and wings, which Fred said all is locally grown and raised with no steroids or antibiotics in the meats. Fred and Elena also tried to keep as much as they could of the original building’s personality it had when it was built way back in 1920. 2nd Street Pizza has seating for up to 50 people and is available for private parties in the party room and a game room is coming soon too!
