Join PIHK and News 25 Halloween Night. We will be at Ellis Park for an investigation. You will be able to watch our investigation live through News 25’s website. The webstream will start around 10:30pm and end around 1 or 2 am. After the webstream ends we will still be there until about 5 am. We will …post everything we find on our website.
