Sad news out of Owensboro this Monday morning, long time area radio host Joe Lowe has died.
Lowe had been a radio personality in the Owensboro area for four decades.
Fans of Lowe say they have nothing but praise for Lowe’s impact on the community.
Lowe was battling Stage 4 Cancer.
He was 60-years-old.
